The classic Italian variety for making sauces and paste. This flavor filled and meaty plum variety has deep red flesh and a very small seed cavity which means less boiling down to get the perfect tomato paste.

Tomatoes require full sun, plenty of space for good air circulation, and well-drained soil rich with organic matter. They also require support from stakes, cages, or trellises so they don't sprawl. Avoid directly watering the foliage.
