Dwarf fountain grass with lovely red and burgundy summer and fall color. Height 1-2′

Lovely dwarf cultivar.  Arching bright green foliage with red highlights turns burgundy in the fall. Showy silvery white blooms. Height 1-2'. PP#21,917.

Pennisetum attracts birds to the garden. Prefers average, medium to wet well drained soil. Drought tolerant when established. Tolerates air pollution, dry soils, and wet soils. Intolerant of poorly drained soils. May self seed in the garden. Warm season grass. Deer resistant.
