Achilleas attracts bees and butterflies to the garden. Prefers average, dry to medium well drained loamy soils. Drought tolerant when established. Tolerates poor but well drained soils. Intolerant of heavy clay soils and moist, fertile soils. Deadhead after blooming to promote new flower buds. Deer and rabbit resistant.
