Very fragrant, deep violet-purple flower spikes fill the air all summer long with their sweet perfume. The silver-grey foliage remains compact, making it a good choice for edging. Height 18-20".

Lavandula attracts bees to the garden. Prefers average, dry to medium, alkaline well drained soil. Drought tolerate when established. Deadhead flowers to promote new buds. Deer and rabbit resistant.
